Due to our late announcement, our schedule is a bit compressed; we might extend some of the target dates listed here:
By Wednesday, October 21—provide to firstname.lastname@example.org your intention to participate and your top three choices of colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet). We might assign to you your second or third choice if, for instance, more than half the participants’ first choice is yellow. Participants will be notified no later than Wednesday, October 28, of the number of participants and, therefore, the number of pages to make, and confirmation of the color that should be the basis of your page design.
By Saturday, November 14, participants will deliver their completed pages to a designated drop-off point in Santa Fe OR by mail to Linda Zwick (address to be provided to participants).
During the period of Saturday, November 21, to Saturday, November 28, Linda and Julie will arrange for distribution of participants’ pages to all other participants, plus a title/colophon page and cut book board for the book covers.
Saturday, December 5—Zoom meeting to construct participants’ books. If this date is not good for all participants, one or more additional Zoom meetings will be scheduled to accommodate participants’ schedules.
Saturday, December 12 (or Saturday, January 9)—A short showing of participants’ books at a monthly BAG membership meeting.
