- Online or in-person workshop:
- Dates you have in mind:
- What students will learn (be specific, please):
- How this will be accomplished (be specific, please):
- What items students need to bring to class:
- Length of the workshop (hours/days/hours per day):
- Maximum number of students:
- Type of classroom or studio space needed (a sink or other specific equipment?):
- Materials fee, if any:
- What the materials fee includes:
- Teacher’s pay rate:
