Step into the world of endless possibilities, where the humble sheet of paper transforms into a canvas for creativity and story. In this hands-on workshop you will explore the fascinating variations of folding books, all crafted from a single sheet of paper. This immersive experience will guide you through the creation of innovative pop-ups, peek-a-boo openings, and butterfly wing structures—each piece infused with the magic of found text and collage.

Victoria Rabinowe is one of the founding mothers of BAG as program director, newsletter wrangler, and all-around Czarina. She is an international lecturer and workshop leader in the fields of dreams and memoir. Victoria is the author and illustrator of the recently published Conversations with Psyche: A Dreamer’s Guide to Soul-Stirring Creativity.

Freya Diamond has been a BAG member for 30 years, serving as Treasurer (or “fiscal responsibility,” as she called herself) for 10 years. She has been doing dream work with Victoria for more than 30 years and has made more than 750 dream books. Freya’s flag books (on mostly female artists and various other subjects) are in many university and private collections around the country, thanks to her agent, Vamp and Tramp. She has hosted a book exchange group for eight years.
