Love Your Work, Grown Your Work, Show Your Work, a Presentation by Lorraine Hollingsworth with Amy Thompson West
“Love Your Work, Grow Your Work, Show Your Work” shares ideas for your creative journey, no matter where you are on the path. Based on ideas from a number of artists and writers, the presentation aims to provide some helpful ideas and to inspire you to keep creating.
“Love Your Work” talks about our inner critics and how to overcome that negative voice and gives some ideas for dealing with obstacles we may meet along our creative journeys.
“Grow Your Work” addresses ways to move your work forward, not matter where you are on your artistic journey.
“Show Your Work” encourages you to share your work with our BAG community and, if you’re ready, a larger audience. 
Lorraine Hollingsworth is a retired attorney who is enjoying exploring various artistic endeavors, including book arts, slow stitching, collage, and other mixed media. Lorraine was a quilter for many years, including traditional, modern, and art quilts. Her quilting background often informs her current work. She enjoys the overlap between the different areas of creativity and her book arts often include stitched pieces as well as mixed media. She is also exploring the idea of scrolls as books. Lorraine is the President of Santa Fe BAG.
Amy Thompson West is a traveler, photographer, artist/designer, and writer. In addition to being a longtime BAG Member and former Board Member, she is a vital part of the Doña Ana Photography Club in southern New Mexico. Follow her inspiring Instagram account: @route_sixsix.
